Forth Valley, namely Bridge of Allan, is in the Gateway to the Highlands with access to the local rail network at the bottom of the hill and the main aerial routes to M8 & M9 just a stone’s throw away.

Bridge of Allan has lots to offer from a cuppa & cake in many of its fabulous coffee shops to buying lovely gifts in the unique gift shops. You can learn more about the area on the VisitScotland website.

The surrounding area has amazing heritage sites, Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument, Kippenrait Glen (which is a SSSI), Sheriffmuir, and The Fairy Knowe which is a schedule one monument situated just above The Arns. So, only a short walk from your pod and you could be standing on a historical site!

Only a short distance from our Glamping Pods, is Bridge of Allan Golf Club a great 9 hole golf course to play a round of golf or have a bite to eat.

Cocksburn Reservoir is nearby for fishing or a beautiful walk. Also nearby is Dumyat, a popular local hill, with breath taking views over the local area and beyond. Walking Route

The Pods are also within walking distance of Stirling University. Why not stay at The Arns, whilst visiting family or friends or maybe when checking out Stirling University for future study?

Forth Valley also has some fantastic road and off-road cycle routes available to be explored!
